More Green Tea

Tonight I felt like more green tea cuisine. I tried Mariko's Green Tea Muffin recipe.

Putting it together was easy enough. Love that shade of green...


The muffins came out nicely. The inside was a little more dense than the muffins I normally make, but the consistency was more like a velvet than heavy muffin.

    Those look delicious! I love Green Tea anything. Have you tried the Green Tea Mix from Trader Joes? You can make muffins or cake with it. It was pretty good.

    Unfortunately, we don't have a Trader Joes here. I wish we did. And we need a Target too...*sigh*
